This family-run restaurant offers home-cooked, seasonal cuisine with slate-style service and a warm Alsatian welcome

Karine, Thierry and Loïc welcome you to this Alsatian restaurant. On the menu, you will find a cocktail of shrimps, foie gras or salmon gravlax as a starter. The main courses are revealed with Grandmother's queen bites and a roasted guinea fowl supreme with morel sauce. And to finish, a cheesecake with maple syrup or a chocolate orange delight... Special mention: the menus are renewed every season. The house serves daily specials and menus for groups. Come by on Saturday afternoon for an ice cream or a sweet.

Menu of St Sylvestre at €77.50, a real joke, bottom-of-the-range cuisine, all bathed in fat, pan-fried foie gras served on gingerbread bland, smoked salmon about served pies stuffed with you say inedible rape, not Norman hole, main course croustade boiled meat with trumpets death freeze-dried, flavour, it is a shame to dare to serve such dishes at this price. Dessert a baba with fruit salad and ice cream mojito, you can expect another thing for a dinner. Of course no cheese in the menu, we asked some, brought back seats, bread and cheese without dishes for us. In the evening you say with orchestra, still a joke, a type found at the last time that was happy to some CD out of time.
