The décor is a perfect blend of old and new, under a magnificent roof structure. In the kitchen, Isabelle and Fabrice Vitu offer delicious, refined and generous cuisine. A la carte: tempura prawns, vanilla cauliflower velouté, full-bodied bisque; scallop carpaccio with Pétrossian Ossetra caviar; risotto pig mignon with morel mushroom sauce. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Seine-et-Marne.

Le service est impeccable, à noter que les mêmes maitre d'hôtel et personnel sont là depuis des années et que la propriétaire est très présente!!
Les plats sont originaux et bons, même si on n'a pas apprécié les "ris de veau en croûte de noisettes", beaucoup trop secs à notre goût.
