A la carte: tempura prawns, vanilla cauliflower velouté, full-bodied bisque; scallop carpaccio with Pétrossian Ossetra caviar; risotto pig mignon with morel mushroom sauce. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Seine-et-Marne.
