Restaurant located a few steps from the castle of Vau-le-Pénil offering a delicious, refined and generous cuisine.

Located in a former farmhouse, just a stone's throw from the Château de Vaux-le-Pénil, R.Mana plays with finesse and elegance. The décor is a perfect blend of old and new, under a magnificent roof structure. In the kitchen, Isabelle and Fabrice Vitu offer delicious, refined and generous cuisine. A la carte: tempura prawns, vanilla cauliflower velouté, full-bodied bisque; scallop carpaccio with Pétrossian Ossetra caviar; risotto pig mignon with morel mushroom sauce. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Seine-et-Marne.

Ce restaurant est tout bonnement génial. La déco est magnifique et dans l’air du temps. La cuisine est excellente, des produits frais et du fait maison, ça se ressent. Tout est parfaitement pensé.
