Brigitte and Philippe Tissier have been working at the Vieille Auberge for a long time, a must for those who want to enjoy quality dishes from French gastronomy. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will appreciate the warm welcome and the soft decoration in beige, white and ochre colours, with exposed beams over beautifully presented tables and interesting artistic works. The dishes use quality and seasonal products.... Scallops, green asparagus from Roques-Hautes, mature sirloin, veal loin, monkfish, turbot... accompanied of course by tasty products, parmesan shortbread, perfect egg, truffle mashed potatoes, creamed morels, etc.. Appetizers are also on the menu, including a small velouté of split peas with hazelnut, absolutely delicious. We also really liked the monkfish with green asparagus, and even more so the dessert "Souvenir d'enfance" made from guava. Many of the customers are regulars, and the restaurant usually fills up quickly, especially as the weekend approaches. We therefore strongly advise you to book well in advance.

Un moment suspendu de plaisir gastronomique dans une commune bastide à l’ambiance calme et déjà presque provinciale alors qu’à 2 pas des zones urbaines.
