A gourmet restaurant in the middle of a department known for its sensitivity, let's face it, it's not lacking in originality. And it remains an incredible surprise to come here, year after year, since behind a facade that doesn't look like much, we discover a tasty and sophisticated cuisine, inventive just the way it should be. The menu created by Jean-Claude Cahagnet (master chef of France and master restaurateur please) reveals splendid dishes such as hake carbonara de poireau, veal in snacked tartare, or even this intriguing "At first, the idea was a darling land and sea, but.... ». Finally, it is impossible to resist the flash of semi-salt muslin. An address worth a visit: the prices are in agreement.

L'incontournable du 93, une cuisine créative avec des produits frais et de saison. Laissez vous portez par l'inventivité du chef et sa parfaite maîtrise des cuissons. Le menu confiance mettra en résonance le savoir faire en cuisine et la sélection du sommelier.

Ne pas se fier à la façade extérieure qui n'attire pas l'attention car elle ne ressemble qu'à un pavillon de banlieue. La magie commence dès l'entrée dans la salle, accueil et déco, espacement des tables, présentation des plats et service, tout est en mode gastronomique, évidemment cela se paie à l'addition pour laquelle 50€ par personne ne suffisent pas.
