A gourmet restaurant in the middle of a department known for its sensitivity, let's face it, it's not lacking in originality. And it remains an incredible surprise to come here, year after year, since behind a facade that doesn't look like much, we discover a tasty and sophisticated cuisine, inventive just the way it should be. The menu created by Jean-Claude Cahagnet (master chef of France and master restaurateur please) reveals splendid dishes such as hake carbonara de poireau, veal in snacked tartare, or even this intriguing "At first, the idea was a darling land and sea, but.... ». Finally, it is impossible to resist the flash of semi-salt muslin. An address worth a visit: the prices are in agreement.
