AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM
Go there and contact
Although this museum is not directly aimed at astronomers or night sky lovers, the bridge to them is very real, since it offers a panorama of the space conquest with its rockets (European like Ariane 5 and 1, and French… Bélier, Centaure, Dragon, and Rubis), its artificial satellites and spacecraft (Sputnik, Molnia, Vostok), its robots (Philae), and other combinations of NASA astronauts! The aircraft is also omnipresent with spectacular presentations of flying gear all more interesting than the other (Sikorsky helicopter, Farman F 60 Goliath aircraft, Douglas C -47 A Skytrain, Focke-Wulf FW 190, sesquiplan Potez 25 etc.). A planetarium completes this together to go a little further into space (public meetings without reservation lasting about 30 minutes). This museum is attached, especially when you can go to calmness, out of season, and thus enjoy the most rare and unique exhibits. The most courageous (or most passionate by aviation) will go to the Air Show to confront the very many people who come to see the aerial demonstrations and the stands dedicated to aeronautics and space.
