WWF : FONDS MONDIAL POUR LA NATURE
Created in 1961, WWF is the world's leading nature conservation organization. It is working in about 100 countries to stop environmental degradation and build a future where people can live in harmony with nature. For more than 50 years, field action and scientific analysis of the environment have shaped its missions. WWF protects endangered wildlife species and fights trafficking: elephants, great apes, tigers, turtles... It preserves spaces, for example by fighting deforestation in the Amazon, Indonesia, the Congo Basin... It also works to preserve the most exceptional French regions for their biodiversity and the most fragile, such as the Alps and the Mediterranean basin. Finally, he advocates for behavioural changes and the implementation of environmentally friendly models. WWF is a foundation recognized as a public utility, exempt from any inheritance tax and is authorized to receive legacies and donations.
