NOTRE-DAME DU RAINCY CHURCH
Our Lady of the Raincy was built in 1922-23 by the architects Auguste and Gustave Perret, who made the first church built in concrete concrete in France, thus classified at the Historic Monuments in 1966. It is sometimes called the Sainte-Chapelle of armed concrete and, for lovers of the genre, its style is not without recalling the church Saint Joseph du Havre, built also by Perret about thirty years later. The stained glass stained glass windows were made according to the drawings of Maurice Denis, one of the founders of the Nabi art movement, and formed vast walls of light.
