VILLA 9TROIS
A welcoming address where the chef relies on inventive cuisine with selected products.
The Villa9Trois, this institution in the East of Paris, has recently been renovated, and the renovation of the place is particularly successful. Equally interesting is the cuisine, under the leadership of young and experienced chef Camille Saint M'Leux. The cuisine is inventive, fine and subtle, with carefully selected products: the turbot meunière and its beef marrow, or the sweetbreads au gratin and its old Comté cheese, its brioche and its cauliflowers are proof. The welcome is excellent, and the place has a private parking lot.

Cuisine basique : amuses bouche sèchés,pain d’epice accompagnant le foie gras caoutchouteux,bon velouté mais froid,confit de canard avec sauce tomate de supermarché sans intérêt,quant aux desserts vaut mieux faire aucun commentaire !
Le tout pour un prix élevé !!!
