MONTREUIL CHIPS
It has existed since the 19th century, and it is a cousin, certainly less known, of the Saint-Ouen market. It is in a way the "cousin" of the Saint-Ouen fleas, although the atmosphere is a little different. On Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays, you can stroll around with pleasure to look, search and why not find, if possible, a treasure to your taste: vintage clothes, furniture, decorative elements, books, trinkets of all kinds. Note that these chips are very different from those of Saint-Ouen and do not be afraid when approaching the site: barriers from street vendors and the sale of salvage products can be dissuasive. The main place to avoid is Eugène-Varlin Square, located in the town of Bagnolet, where hundreds of sellers illegally pile up to sell found objects, who knows where, in a terrible atmosphere, with dozens of pickpockets waiting only for your wallet or laptop, in the immediate vicinity of the ring road - in short, the scene is set! Once this address is registered, the rest is really worth a visit. Of course, the best deals are to be done from Saturday morning, when the crowd has not yet reached the aisles...
