An opportunity to discover the Clos Saint-Vincent vineyard at the entrance of the Jardin des Artistes with a 600 meter plot
The 400 vines of the Clos Saint-Vincent are located at the entrance of the Jardin des Artistes on a 600 m² plot. It is composed of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Seyval grapes. The harvest gives each year 400 kg of grapes which are pressed and then vinified in the cellar of the Villa Cathala where we make a blend of the three grape varieties. This work gives a white wine with a pale yellow color, pride of Noisy-le-Grand. A brotherhood sometimes gives you an appointment to discover more!
