Located near downtown Noisy-le-Grand, close to the market and schools, Le Fournil Gourmand is a bakery with a classic style. It offers a wide range of 100% homemade, quality products, recognized by expert pastry chefs. With over 40 years' experience, the chef offers original, aesthetic and delicious desserts. You can enjoy a wide range of classic or carefully revisited pastries, as well as gourmet specialties to eat in or take away. Over the years, the establishment has won a number of awards, including best pastry shop in Seine-et-Marne in 2020, in the flan, mille-feuille and chocolate éclair categories. You can enjoy chocolate eclairs in original flavors such as vanilla, pistachio, speculoos and Nutella, as well as passion cream eclairs at weekends. You can also purchase the bakery's flagship product, such as the Elena cake, featuring vanilla mousse, tonka cream, salted butter caramel, pecan and almond cookie with praline crunch. In the in-store department, you'll find a wide selection of breads, baguettes and viennoiseries, made with quality ingredients, including Pain à l'ancienne and Pain 6 céréales.
