Restaurant offering a unique touch with simple dishes and bistronomic cuisine.
Two experienced accomplices, Walid Sahed and Antonin Vachon, may be Pantinois, but they're no dummies: this spot - of which there are more and more in the city - is damn well orchestrated, sending out bistronomic dishes as well as simpler plates, but always enhanced by a little unique touch. The house is rightly full to bursting. Examples of the joys? A plate of homemade vegetables with pesto and thyme emulsion, roast mackerel with vitelottes potatoes or simple but very effective mussels and French fries. We like it.
