Between 1987 and 2007 it was an associative cinema, and then it became public. This cinema is at the heart of Pantin's cultural life. And for a good reason as it is classified as Art - Essay, benefiting from the labels "Young Public", "Research" and "Repertory", it develops a program where you can certainly find films that are intended for the general public, but also and above all, many author films, that they are built around dedicated cycles, festivals and meetings. Ciné 104 welcomes many people, creators and actors who like going there. There is a festival that is dedicated to short films which is one of the highlights of the year. Parents also like baby sessions, where the sound is deliberately lower. Finally, there is a large (and excellent) bar and restaurant, Vertigo, where you can have lunch and dinner. It is an inevitable place.
