A familiar space in transition in northeastern Paris, this immense 10,000 m² railway wasteland will become an eco-district. Here, since 2018, we think about the city of the future in an eco-responsible and anti-waste approach. A city within a city, this Cité Fertile lives up to its name with a vast courtyard full of games and plants, a courtyard where workshops are organized around citizen themes, an exhibition hall, a restaurant, boutique workshops and an urban agriculture greenhouse. A very busy site in the summer.
