PAUL ELUARD MUSEUM OF ART AND HISTORY
Museum in the heart of the city, presenting the history of the building and the archaeological excavations carried out in Saint-Denis
Housed in a former Carmelite convent founded in 1625, in the center of Saint-Denis, this museum offers a special atmosphere and above all a variety of exhibits: the history of the building with its 18th century apothecary, a collection on the Paris Commune, more than 600 objects from archaeological digs carried out in Saint-Denis, as well as an important part of the Paul Eluard collection. Two sections of archaeology, medieval and industrial, will fascinate you.
