RSI – SÉCURITÉ SOCIALE DES INDÉPENDANTS ÎLE-DE-FRANCE CENTRE
In January 2018, the IHR was removed. Today, the social protection of self-employed craftsmen, traders and industrialists residing in Paris, as well as of the populations attached to it (self-employed inland navigation workers belonging to seafaring personnel, retired tradesmen and craftsmen residing abroad) is managed by the general social security system. A two-year transitional phase has been decreed to finalise the integration of the management of social security for self-employed workers into the general scheme. During this period, the social security agencies for the self-employed (former RSI regional funds) intervene on behalf of the general scheme with self-employed workers.
