In this gourmet restaurant in the immediate vicinity of Roissy airport, we focus on French cuisine. The old residence is particularly beautiful, and the terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and you can enjoy seasonal dishes such as sweetbreads with morel sauce, roasted duck breast with wild blueberries, seasonal fish according to arrival... the meal here has a cost, but it is widely justified. La cuisine est soignée et bonne .
L' envoi des plats est trop long y'a un problème en cuisine a reprendre très vite et c'est dommage car la qualité est au RV.
Le service en pâtit malheureusement .
Nous avons apprécié et reviendrons.
Petit bemol, un peu désorganise au début, et le chef en cuisine criait beaucoup apres les serveurs.
Par ailleurs l accueil des serveurs etait bon !
L'organisation est un cauchemar qui fait oublier ce qu'on a dans l'assiette
