In this gourmet restaurant in the immediate vicinity of Roissy airport, we focus on French cuisine. The old residence is particularly beautiful, and the terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and you can enjoy seasonal dishes such as sweetbreads with morel sauce, roasted duck breast with wild blueberries, seasonal fish according to arrival... the meal here has a cost, but it is widely justified. The welcome is friendly but nothing more, with noted that a couple of friend was found in front of a closed door 12:15, the owner had " oublié" to come to open the door!
Catering nothing entertaining good apart section of the dishes on the menu. It shows the cuisine " industrielle" in unique serving, heated made drying oven and presented to the dish, at the exit value for money that does not convenient for the guest. The wines does not wanting. In short so really you did not find anything other in the region try your luck, but you have been warned! Simon
