LA BROSSE ET DUPONT
La Brosse et Dupont is a designer and distributor of everyday products. Whether it is for home maintenance, styling items, personal care products or haberdashery, this group manages all stages of the life cycle of its products, from design to shelving. To date, 13 references have been certified as Origine France Garantie in the Home and Hairdressing universes.
History. The LBD group has a century and a half of experience. Its history dates back to 1845 when Alphonse Dupont founded a tableware, brush and button factory in Beauvais, in the heart of the Thérain valley. And it was in 1932 that another brushmaker from the region, La Brosse, merged with the Dupont establishments to found the La Brosse et Dupont group. In 1986, the Beauvais production site opted for specialization and expertise in the toothbrush sector and created Bioseptyl. In 1990, the LBD group was acquired by Laflachère, a specialist in hairdressing products, which then became the number one in its sector. The LVMH group (Louis Vuitton - Moët Hennessy) took control of the company in 1998, and it will be acquired by its management in 2010.

Employment. Nearly 750 employees for an annual turnover of approximately 130 million euros, with a production site in France.
