Inside this small restaurant, it feels like a Creole dining room, in short, the decor is automatically set: the tables are a little tight, but the printed tablecloths and homemade punch jars give the feeling of being in the West Indies. After a plate of acras, we discover on the buffet Christophine salad, tuna and cod in shrimps. Then chicken colombo, boucané pork, swordfish curry, succulent red beans, a creamy gratin of local vegetables. On the side of the rice pot, be careful: there is a cup of dog sauce that sets your mouth on fire if you dose it like ketchup... The fresh pineapple slices are just in time for dessert. The blancmange ramekins release a delicious nutty taste. As for the torment of love (a sponge filled with coconut cream), it is excellent.
