This castle, surrounded by a superb park, is one of the proud heritage of Boissy
The castle, one of Boissy's proud heritage, surrounded by a superb park, was built in 1562 by the treasurer of the Savings Bank Raoul Moreau. It was then sold to the natural son of King Charles IX, Charles de Valois, who gave the buildings their current appearance. In 1962, René Ballière, president of the Society for the Encouragement of French Horse Breeding, acquired the estate, which today houses an international training center for trotting racehorses. Finally, it is the setting for regular concerts, mainly of classical music.
