HOTEL DE MALESTROIT
Once the residence of a bishop of Nantes and chancellor of Brittany, it is now a municipal music school.
The present building was built at the end of the 17th and the beginning of the 18th century in place of an old medieval residence which was the residence of Jean de Malestroit, bishop of Nantes and chancellor of Brittany in the 15th century. Architectural elements from the Tuileries castle in Paris, burned down in 1871, can still be seen. Acquired by the city in 1974, it is now the seat of the municipal school of music Hector Berlioz and houses the cultural office of Bry. Various workshops are offered there. Many temporary exhibitions are also organized there.
