In this beautiful room decorated with Chinese woodwork and frescoes, the change of scenery is there as soon as the door passes. And the meal confirms it: the vegetable omelette is melt-in-the-mouth, the chicken nems are crispy, the Cantonese rice is perfectly aromatic, the pork in sweet and sour sauce is fruity and sour. At dessert time, fresh fruit salad is an option that is retained, just like banana doughnuts, prepared to order and served hot on a bed of powdered sugar.
