In the evening, we look carefully at the menus and the menu, which offer a rich insight into Indian cuisine. In the North, you can try the celery lentil rasam soup; chicken badami in a creamy sauce with almonds and Indian herbs. In the South, try the salad seasoned with fresh coriander; the Bengali fish is slightly spicy and seasoned with lime. And desserts: coconut semolina cake, vanilla ice cream and mango sauce are excellent!
