SEL ET BRAISE
Various dishes and good atmosphere in a charming Portuguese restaurant in Cachan.
We like this pretty Portuguese establishment, well known in Cachan, and which has no shortage of assets, starting with the meal of course: braised chorizo, grilled octopus and pommes grenailles, octopus salad, beef cooked with cured ham and flambéed in white wine, and of course cod, in fritters or as a main course, with a subtle parsley seasoning. The restaurant also offers a number of special events, such as concerts. Thanks to word-of-mouth, some customers even come from as far as Paris. Proof positive.
