LE QUERCY
This is a place that never sleeps and which offers you products "at the source" (understanding only a few metres from their place of sale, the Rungis market). Obviously, we do not come here looking for a place that is historically loaded, because we are in this area identified by hangars and other warehouses! Located inside the hotel and opened by day and night, this address is divided into a brasserie and restaurant, the first offering a lively atmosphere, the other being more quiet. There is a taste of meat and seafood products: Cassolette scallops, pavé pavé, salt flower, whole calf kidney in porto, Tatin tarte tarte… Breakfasts and sandwiches are also served. Note that the atmosphere, user-friendly and over time, has no other equivalent and is worth a detour alone!
