Situated on the banks of the Marne, accessed via a terrace and gardens with trees some of which are over a hundred years old, Domaine Sainte-Catherine is a restaurant serving traditional cuisine, a bar and a tea room. One of the house specialties is foie gras. It's hardly surprising, then, that it's featured throughout a menu organized around a single formula, with other choices changing with the seasons, such as a lightly spiced pumpkin and chestnut soup, an autumn salad with chicken gizzards confit deglazed with cider vinegar, duck breast with orange and a piece of beef with Roquefort. Among the desserts, chocolate truffles are a speciality.
