LA CANELLE SANTIAGO
This small bar-restaurant specialises in Portuguese snacks such as the bifana or the prego, hot sandwiches filled with meat and condiments. Here the chicken is grilled churrasco, as in the country of Vasco da Gama. It is one of the dishes displayed on slate, alongside proposals that are renewed in the days and seasons. They do a great share of fish, for example rice clearance; to red meat, including the filet for chips. These plates are eaten in a room that mixes the clear walls and dark furniture in a sober and typical way. To enjoy the sun, a few tables are set on the sidewalk on a small street.
