MASALA CAFE
Wearing pink and black, this place plays on contemporary codes to revisit our approach to Indian cuisine. The dishes blend the salad of lettuce with tikka chicken. Curry is served in metal dishes on a polypropylene platter. The rice fills with biryani at noon, then rice jumped in the evening. Dahl to lenses, samoussa or raïta: the entries are numerous and varied. Meat and fish prepare for korma in a creamy sauce of dried fruit; or à, with a mixture of spices characterized by ginger. The desserts have a melting texture that makes us appreciate the kesari to the semolina as if it were a flan to the mango. From syrup to cake!
