LA PERLE DU MAROC
A vast menu full of delicacies such as pastilla, Fassi couscous with raisins and cinnamon, mechoui topped with oriental rice, lamb tagine with almonds and prunes, Moroccan orange salad. Very good (and fresh) bottles of Meknes are available in grey wine, i.e. barely pink; in red wine with a more or less structured structure; in fresh and fruity rosé wine. The desserts are just like the rest of the meal: authentic and varied. A plate of dates or pastries, refreshed fruits with orange blossom, a lemon sorbet drizzled with fig alcohol: nothing is missing.

Maux de ventre dans la nuit.. des hauts le coeur sans vomissement. C'est à 15h le 1er janvier que j'ai vomi le repas (tagine agneau) de la veille au soir. Et ce sans aucun effort !
Enfin soulagé, car je craignais la gastro. Donc tout est bien qui finit bien.
Bonne annee à toute l'Equipe de la Perle du Maroc.
