AU PETIT CAPORAL
This hotel-restaurant, which also houses a brewery, a bookshop-press-tobacco and an amazing cigar cellar, is located at the gates of Paris. Set back from the hustle and bustle of the capital, while being close to Disneyland, the address is ideal for families or working people looking for a relaxing night out. With about thirty rooms, some of which can accommodate up to four people, the establishment, of a human dimension, has a warm and undeniably modern feel. On the restaurant side, the "homemade" label is the rule. Philippe Alauze goes to Rungis in the morning at 3am to do his shopping. The very French and rather traditional cuisine (made from meat from Aveyron, veal from Ségala and Aubrac) can be enjoyed in beautiful restaurant rooms or on the patio, where the natural light offers a pleasant atmosphere.
