LA TAVERNE DE PALERME
We came for the pizzas, which are prepared with a slow fermenting dough, then baked over a wood fire. But you can change your mind with the menu, and discover that there are amazing carpacci, one of which, a vegetarian, mixes artichokes with mushrooms and tomatoes with shallot. We continue to read and here we see a Sicilian osso buco, scallops fried in balsamic vinegar, fried smelts, squid and prawns with courgettes.... With risotti, fresh pasta and gnocchi, you get a little lost, but keep in mind that this is one of the best Italian restaurants in the eastern suburbs!
