This chic restaurant is fortunate to have a beautiful terrace on the courtyard, in the heart of Old Nogent. And the term old is really not appropriate for the great cuisine of this quasi-institution of the city, because the proposals here are cooked with a spirit of contemporary invention. Knives, pluma or duck breast: no relationship between these victuals, except that they are essential to the restaurant. The service is impeccable, and frankly it is one of our favorites.

On nous a comme imposé de l’eau en bouteille, de la Vichy, en plus, cette eau qui a un goût particulier.
Mais nous avons fait abstraction de tout cela et passé un bon moment. ZEN
