Amabilité absente...
Alors que je voulais acheter des fleurs le vendeur a crié très fort sur une personne âgée pour lui dire qu' "on ne se sert pas, c'est écrit en gros...il faut apprendre à lire"
Effectivement un petit panneau mal placé mentionnait ce fait... encore fallait il voir ce panneau.
La vieille dame humiliée est repartie sans fleurs... j'ai fait de même.
