This wholesale market is the most important in the world for fresh products. Restaurants, caterers and food stores from all over the country are supplied there. It is 230 ha, 12,000 jobs, more than 1,400 companies, 1.7 million tons of food products processed per year... Visits of 5 hours are organized on the pavilions of sale in activity, seafood, butchery, dairy products and cheeses, fruits and vegetables, cut flowers... A brunch is offered at the end of the visit.
