LES MONTS D'ARRÉE
The Bretons rocks of the Massif armoricain inspired the name of this walk. The walls covered with a portable glacis, the painted furniture of blue give us the impression of breathing the air of the broad, a day of nice weather. After a green or compound salad, we grignotons a first galette with sweet onions, a second with ribot milk, a third in the black sausage and apples. We could have developed our own recipe by adding a galette of six ingredients to the choice. Appetite for dessert? There are many flambées here. So we try a nappée of orange jam and another to blueberry jam. It is very good- The crepe topped with ice cream, honey and almonds deserves some strokes, too.
