K'SOYA
This elegant and peaceful place allows us to better discover Korean cuisine through several large bibimbap, barbecue and fondue recipes. To begin with, there are salted pancakes and stuffed ravioli of vegetables, fried shrimp in chili sauce. Korean rice sets include germed shoots and pork, chicken or beef. Rice can also be accompanied by raw salmon. On the barbeque side, meat decay complements a fungi version. The Korean fondue is to be tried in its seafood preparation. According to our appetite, dessert will be light with pineapple and vanilla ice, or more perfume, but very fragrant if we choose rice to spicy ginger milk.
