LES OFFICIERS
Efficient, robust and good: the three are not often heard together, and yet this is the case here! In the week, we have lunch with a carrot soup with goat cheese and a minced chicken with small vegetables. Sunday brunch is served because it includes a hearty hot plate: a cheeseburger with potatoes, fried eggs with bacon and sausage; if you prefer a cold plate, you can ask for the salmon bagel. As for desserts, we don't know where to start. Profiteroles, a floating island, a Paris-Brest with praline cream, a cup of strawberry and raspberry ice cream, topped with a red fruit coulis... In other words, we'll be back at any time of the day, since we serve continuously all day long, to take a snack and have a good time.
