BRUCK TRAITEUR
Jens Bruck came straight from his native Alsace and conquered Paris thanks to his excellent products and his titers collection: Europe champion of the liver block, France champion of white ham and the title of golden ear of head cheese. Gourmet and gourmet in nature, he puts all his pleasure in making high-quality dishes: rail of sole, Saint-Jacques, crustacean and badiane sauce, pork toe sour-sour sauce, fruit chutney or a veal pad in hazelnut crust and polenta to chanterelles. For the holidays it consists of a menu at 46,90 € for 4 people minimum without dessert.
