Staff correct, the rooms quiet (opposite boulevard for my part), clean are except for water dégoulinures on the walls around the sink.
Very good breakfast and choice.
On the other hand, someone smoked in the corridor one evening boasting a strong smell in the rooms (my colleagues also felt), the following day two cigarette butts pulled in the corridor…
