Located in Andilly, in the Marais Poitevin farming region less than 20 km from La Rochelle, Les Œufs d'Antan is a farm that produces organic free-range eggs. Young farmers Brice and Clémence set up in 2019 with a human-sized farm and the desire to add value to their eggs through direct sales. The farm has around 1,000 laying hens, producing around 5040 eggs a week. Les Œufs d'Antan also works with some thirty local partners. Products on offer include rillettes, preserves and, of course, eggs.
