A local cultural structure located in the Val d'Argent Nord district, the Robert Desnos Media Library offers a library section well stocked with books, a corner dedicated to the press, and a media library section with CDs and DVDs. It is one of the four libraries in the city of Argenteuil and is appreciated by the public for its youth sector and its large collection of mangas and comic books, as well as for its rich and varied activities throughout the year. Digital workshops, storytelling, creations, games and meetings encourage exchange between residents.
