ST. RÉMY'S CHURCH
This church was built in the th and th centuries on the remains of a more ancient building, certainly built under Charlemagne's reign. Never completed, it was damaged by lightning in 1409 and then expanded in the th century. It was finally very reworked in the th century. There are wooden statues of the Virgin and Saint Rémy dating back to that time. To see also, a representation of Satan that takes the appearance of a monk. The tombstones found here are those of important characters. They remind the rich past of Asnières, but not with a royal marks, concentrated in Royaumont. The building was classified in Historic Monuments in 1985.
