Under the guidance of the young chef Aymeric Henon, dishes are prepared that appeal to at least four of the five senses: hearing (the reading of the menu is pleasant and promising), sight (beautiful and neat presentation), smell (harmonious blending of herbs and spices) and taste, of course, thanks to a subtle harmony of original flavours. All the quality products are traced from the production stage: the vegetables, for example, come from the organic vegetable garden of the Château de La Roche-Guyon. You can enjoy a back of cod in seaweed steam, a shredded lamb, a French beef steak with rosemary.... And desserts are, as you might expect, a real pleasure. Original in this chic place: take your meal with your feet in the water, or almost, since the pool is the heart of the place! Several packages combining stay, gastronomy and spa are available. Finally, dinner shows are regularly organized.
