Passerelle is a residential facility in Cergy that provides care for people with mental health problems. It has 15 rooms spread over 3 floors, accommodating a small group of five people. Patients live together, interacting, exchanging and sharing, fostering relationships between peers and with the multidisciplinary team. Passerelle aims to support each patient towards personal recovery by assessing his or her skills, difficulties and needs, setting objectives for the stay in partnership with the patient, implementing a personalized psychosocial rehabilitation and care program, highlighting the patient's resources and strengths, and encouraging the contribution of his or her natural network. Passerelle is open every day from 8.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., and is accessible by public transport (RER A, Transilien - Ligne J) and by car (A15 freeway, exit 12).
