Without question, behind this small, almost anonymous door, one of the nicest tables in Cergy: here, the cuisine is seasonal, made and prepared on the spot. We bet on the traditional, sometimes revisited on the margin, but so good that it is not rare to have the impression of rediscovering, from a gustatory point of view, certain proposals. Christophe Legros, the chef, has taken the gamble of offering seasonal cuisine, with carefully selected products: it's a success. Attention: reservation is advised.
