Known as the "île de loisirs" (leisure island), this immense area covers 250 hectares of land, including six ponds, and offers a wide range of activities such as kayaking, swimming, water skiing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, miniature golf and tennis, among others. The area is well known beyond the borders of the city and is easily accessible by RER (regional express train) or by car. Although access is free, the sports activities are subject to a fee, as are the parking lots in season.

La plage est très agréable, l'eau y est propre, le sable doux, et les enfants adorent le toboggan.
Les activités sont toutes plus sympas les unes que les autres (rafting, wake board, vague à surf...).
Seul bémol: un peu trop de monde en été, barbecues sauvages parfois à la limite du respect d'autrui.
