The Bergerie farm - or Ecosite - produces not only meat, but also cereals. Olivier Ranke, who manages the farm, supplements cereal production with a flour mill and bakery. In this way, all production is local. The bakery offers all kinds of organic breads: classic wheat breads or special breads such as raisin bread, lentil bread or cheese bread. You can also find other complementary products from the bakery, such as honey.
